Returns & Exchanges

We're committed to bring high quality items to our customers, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Therefore, if you need to return or exchange an item, we take swift action to fasten the process.
Returning an Item:
- I’ve changed my mind and don’t want the item anymore
- You must notify us of your intent to return/exchange the item to us through using eBay Message service
- You must contact us using the Original eBay Buyer ID you used to purchased the item with either Sales Record Number or Buyer Email
- Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay to request a refund
- Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and original invoice
- A full refund of the order total will be processed however; the Buyer is responsible for return postage cost and insurance
- Once item received, your refund will be processed within 48 hours
- I’ve received the wrong / damaged item
You must notify us using the eBay Message service. You must contact us using the Original eBay Buyer ID you used to purchased the item with either Sales Record Number or Buyer Email. Please use the Returns Resolution Centre on eBay. Please accept our apologies. Our team will send out the correct item free of charge and bare expenses for return item.
