Shipping policy

PLEASE BE AWARE DUE TO HIGH ORDER VOLUMES - DELIVERIES MAY TAKE LONGER TO COMPLETE OVER THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD. WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVIENCE CAUSED. 

 

UK Mainland Shipping (England, Scotland and Wales. Excluding Scottish Highlands) is free as standard. 

We use a wide range of courier services, from Royal Mail to Hermes, DPD and more. We cannot always provide tracking numbers with our free delivery services but should receive confirmation from us upon dispatch. All Items are shipped within three working days from receiving your order confirmation.

If you do not receive a confirmation within three working days, please use our email form, making sure to include your name, shipping address and order number. 

All Items are shipped within 3 working days from receiving your order confirmation. 

For any deliveries made outside of the UK Mainland, set fees will be in place. All of these fees will be per boxed item.

 We class the UK Mainland as England, Wales and Scotland (excluding the Scottish highlands). UK Mainland doesn't include any UK adjacent isles (i.e. The Isle of Man or the Channel Islands) or any Scottish surrounding isles.
