How long do I have to return my product if I change my mind?
In line with the Customer Service Act 2015, you have 30 days to return your product to us. It must be as new and in its original packaging. If there are damages to the packaging, extra charges may incur.
Do you offer free returns on unwanted products?
Unless your item is damaged or we have sent you the wrong item, we do not cover the cost of your return.
How do I return my unwanted item?
To initiate the returns process, simply email our customer services team on returns@gallantsports.co.uk and let us know your order number and the reason you would like to return the item. For data protection, please also include the name, delivery address and email address of the person who made the order. We will then email you back and let you know exactly what to do.
If my item arrives damaged, do I have to pay to return it?
No. We take the utmost care with your item but understand that accidents can happen in transit. If your order does arrive damaged, contact us on returns@gallantsports.co.uk and will get this resolved for you. Please do not send any items back until you have contacted us and received our instructions. We cannot repay return postage for items returned without our approval.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take the utmost care with your item but understand that it’s a massive frustration to you on the rare occasion it does happen.You have 14 days to make us aware if your item arrives damaged, please contact us on returns@gallantsports.co.uk with an image of the damaged item and your order number. Depending on the size and weight of the item, we will either offer you a pre-paid return label or we will organise a collection/swap out. Please do not send any items back until you have contacted us and received our instructions. We cannot repay return postage for items returned without our approval.
I have gone over the 30-day returns period, can I still return my product?
We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back.
