Position Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Gorton, Manchester (On-site)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Company Overview: We are a well-established, family-run e-commerce brand based in Manchester, specializing in the online retail of health and fitness products. Operating across Amazon, eBay, TikTok, and our own Gallant website, we handle over 110,000 parcel dispatches annually from our 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse. As we expand into the US and European markets, we are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee operations and support our continued growth.
Job Purpose: The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all warehouse operations, including team leadership, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and process optimization. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of our large-volume dispatch facility while enabling senior leadership to focus on strategic expansion and brand development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations within a 15,000 sq. ft. facility.
- Supervise and motivate the warehouse team to ensure daily dispatch targets are met.
- Maintain accurate stock control and inventory systems, including incoming goods, storage, and outbound orders.
- Implement and manage efficient pick, pack, and dispatch procedures.
- Ensure health & safety protocols and site cleanliness are maintained to required standards.
- Coordinate with customer service, operations, and branding teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively to minimize delays or errors.
- Liaise with logistics partners and carriers for seamless last-mile delivery execution.
Candidate Skills Requirement:
- Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management (medium to large-scale facilities preferred).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-departmentally.
